ANNA HAZARE and JAN LOKPAL

         

As a part of country's protest against corruption I would like to dedicate this post in my blog on my behalf of protest. In a country where Corrupt Politicians are happier and wealthier than many others who strive and give their life for the country , Jan Lokpal Bill will bring in the right changes in the country and would eradicate corruption to some extent in our country. This Bill will also help in bringing back the Black money back to our country.

Do you know what will happen if  1,456 lakh crores cums back?????

1) India financially No 1 ...
2) Each District will get 60,000 CRORES  & 1 village will get 100 crores.
3) Petrol 25Rs, Disel 15Rs, Milk 8Rs.
4) No need to Pay Taxes For NExt 20 yrs.5) No need to pay Electricty Bill.
6) 1500 Oxford Like Universities can be opened.
7) 28,000 Kms rubber road (Like in Paris) can be made.
8) 2,000 hospitals (with all Facilities) all medicines free.
9) 95 crore ppl will have their own house.

Who is ANNA HAZARE ???

He is an ex-army man who fought 1965 Indo-Pak War.He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra. This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills.

In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.

Why LOK PAL ????

The Jan Lokpal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill),  will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), beurocrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds. In 1972, the bill was proposed by then Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit thier theft (corruption).

If this Bill is passed , a LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year. Within 2 years, the guilty will be punished. Not like, Bofors scam or Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, that has been going for last 25 years without any result.

Difference between Draft Lokpal Bill 2010 and Jan Lokpal Bill

Lokpal will have no power to initiate suo motu action or receive complaints of corruption from the general public. It can only probe complaints forwarded by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha or the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha.	Lokpal will have powers to initiate suo moto action or receive complaints of corruption from the general public.
Lokpal will only be an Advisory Body with a role limited to forwarding reports to a "Competent Authority".	Lokpal will have the power to initiate prosecution of anyone found guilty.
Lokpal will have no police powers and no ability to register an FIR or proceed with criminal investigations.	Lokpal will have police powers as well as the ability to register FIRs.
The CBI and Lokpal will be unconnected.	Lokpal and the anti corruption wing of the CBI will be one independent body.
Punishment for corruption will be a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of up to 7 years.	Punishments will be a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of up to life imprisonment.

If the Bill is passed , the person who is found guilty will be asked to return all the money he had obtained through bribes with life imprisonment. If he refuses to Pay the money , then all his properties will be obtained without any formalities.
